     1. How to order water?

Login with your e-mail address and password or register on our website if you do not have an account. You can also call us on 23814411 or send an email to eco@farsons.com

 

      2. What are the payment options?

We accept bank transfers through HSBC and BOV, bills may also be settled with the delivery person upon delivery or by sending a cheque addressed to EcoPure Limited to the following address: The Brewery, Mdina Road, Mriehel BKR 3000

 

      3. What are the standard dates and times of deliveries?

We deliver from Monday to Friday between 7am and 3pm, terms and conditions apply for deliveries done outside of this time.

 

      4. What is the refundable deposit on the bottle?

The refundable deposit is €8.75 per bottle for every bottle kept on the premises. If eventually you return the empty bottles and not take any full ones the refund will be sent back to you by cheque.

 

      5. What is the minimum ammount of bottles to start with upon first delivery?

The minimum ammount of bottles to start with upon first delivery should be that of 4 bottles. 

 

       6. Where do you contact us just in case you do not manage by phone?

        7.Apart from deliveries where can I get 18.9 litres San Michel water?

You can get San Michel water from FarsonsDirect in Mdina road, Mriehel

 

 

        8. What happens if I’m not available to receive my delivery?

If agreed with the delivery person the empty bottles can be left behind your door (if shelter or storage is available) and can be exchanged while you are not there. If this is not possible we will leave a note and you can call for another delivery.

 

 

        9. What happens if the usual scheduled delivery happens to be a Public holiday?

Our delivery person will notify you 2 weeks in advance with a new scheduled date instead of the normal delivery day.

 

       10. Who do I contact if I have a problem with my billing?

        11. How often is the cleaning and sanitization of the machine required?

It is suggested that once every year the machine is cleaned and sanitized by one of our trained technicians. The cost for the sanitization service is that of €15.00 per dispenser
